虚拟现实技术在产科住院医师手术培训中的应用

Application of Virtual Reality Technology During the Obstetrical Surgical Training for Residents

目的文章拟探讨虚拟现实技术对产科住院医师规范化手术培训的效果。方法选择2017年1月—2017年6月行妇产科规范化培训的住院医师共30人为对照组,采用传统产科手术培训模式,另选择2017年7月—2017年12月行妇产科规范化培训的住院医师共30人为试验组,通过虚拟现实技术进行手术技能培训,比较两组住院医师的出科考试成绩和住院医师对培训方法的客观评价。结果试验组同学的理论考试成绩、病例考核成绩和总成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组同学的客观评价明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术可提高住院医师考试成绩,且可以提高他们的综合能力,协助加深对手术的理解。因此,可考虑将虚拟现实技术应用于产科日常的住院医师手术培训工作中。

Objective To explore the effect of virtual reality technology on obstetrical surgical training for residents.Methods A total of 30 residents who received the standardized training of gynecology and obstetrics from January 2017 to June 2017 were selected as the control group,and they were adopted by the traditional obstetric operation training mode.Another 30 residents who received the standardized training of gynecology and obstetrics from July to December 2017 were selected as the experimental group,and they were taught by the virtual reality technology in the operation skills training.The results of the examination and the objective evaluation of their training methods were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory test,case test and total scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the objective evaluation of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Virtual reality technology can improve the examination results of residents,improve their comprehensive ability,and help to deepen the understanding of surgery.Therefore,virtual reality technology can be considered to be applied in the daily operation training of residents in obstetrics.
