微生物检验在医院感染控制中的价值分析

Value Analysis of Microbiological Test in Nosocomial Infection Control

目的探讨微生物检验在医院感染控制中的价值分析。方法选择医院2018年1月—2019年8月收治的354例住院患者,将其随机分两组,研究组177例,对照组177例,两组进行对照试验,对照组应用常规管理,研究组应用微生物检验。比较两组的控制感染效果。结果研究组控制感染效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院检验科在医院感染控制的中过程当中,使用微生物检验方式进行检验,可显著提高患者的感染控制效果。

Objective To explore the value analysis of microbiological examination in the control of nosocomial infection.Methods A total of 354 inpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:study group(177 cases)and control group(177 cases).The two groups were subjected to control test.Routine test was applied to the control group and microbial test was applied to the study group.The infection control effect of the two groups was compared.Results The infection control effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of nosocomial infection control in the clinical laboratory of our hospital,the use of microbiological test can significantly improve the effect of infection control in patients.
