心理护理干预在晚期肺癌化疗患者中的应用

Application of Psychological Nursing Interventions During Chemotherapy for Advanced Lung Cancer Patients

目的探讨对晚期肺癌化疗患者使用心理护理干预的应用效果。方法对医院收治的肺癌患者展开研究,将2017年6月—2019年1月间68例晚期肺癌化疗患者分为两组,所有患者均予以常规护理措施,其中34例在常规护理的同时加强心理护理干预的患者纳入研究组,其余34例单纯实施常规护理措施的患者纳入对照组,比较两组的应用效果。结果对照组和研究组护理前焦虑、抑郁、躯体功能和生活质量各量表之间的评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组较本组护理前各量表评分均得到显著改善,组内对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),而研究组护理的焦虑、抑郁和躯体功能量表评分低于对照组护理后评分,生活质量量表评分高于对照组护理评分,组间对比差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌晚期化疗患者实施心理护理干预可以有效调节患者焦虑和抑郁的负面情绪,改善患者的躯体功能,提高患者的生活质量,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To discuss the application effect of psychological nursing interventions during chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer patients.Methods 68 advanced lung cancer patients of undergoing chemotherapy from June 2017 to January 2019 in our hospital were investigated.Patients were assigned to study group(n=34)and control group(n=34).The control group was served with routine nursing care;the study group was served with routine nursing and psychological nursing interventions.The application effect was probed.Results Before nursing,the scores of anxiety,depression,physical function and life quality between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after nursing,related scores for two groups were remarkably improved;the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05);the scores of anxiety,depression and physical function in the study group were lower than control group;life quality scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing interventions can relieve patient’s anxiety and depression,and improve the physical function and life quality.It is worthy of clinical application.
