胶粘剂游离甲醛及挥发性有机物检测方法标准对比研究

Comparison of testing standards for formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds in adhesives

胶粘剂是室内装饰装修中不可或缺的成分之一,其挥发出的游离甲醛及挥发性有机物等物质对室内空气品质造成了较大的影响,各国均颁布相关标准对胶粘剂中有害物质的含量及释放量进行限定。为探究不同国家方法标准测量对象及实验方法的差异,对中国、日本、美国及欧洲胶粘剂中游离甲醛及挥发性有机物的相关检测方法标准进行研究,从标准的实验原理及测量对象等方面分析了不同标准的适用性及局限性,并探究了不同实验方法的影响因素,旨在为胶粘剂的质量检测及施工检测提供相关的技术支持。

As an indispensable part of the interior decoration,adhesives affect the indoor air quality by the free formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds(VOCs).On this basis,various countries have formulated standards to restrict the content and release of some kinds of harmful substances in adhesives.In order to explore the differences of the measurement objects and experimental methods between the testing method standards of different countries,the relevant standards for free formaldehyde and VOCs in adhesives from China,Japan,the United States and Europe are studied in this paper.The standard experimental principles,the measurement objects and the influencing factors of different experimental methods are analyzed.The applicability and limitations of different standards are explored in order to provide relevant technical support for the quality inspection and construction inspection of adhesives.
