摘要
采用热流计法依据GB/T 10295-2008对橡塑绝热制品在贴铝箔外覆层前后的绝热性能进行检测,结果表明,较无铝箔贴面的橡塑绝热制品,铝箔复合橡塑绝热制品在不同平均温度下的导热系数高。由绝热性能检测得到的导热系数,通过GB/T 8175-2008对防凝露保冷层进行厚度计算,结果表明,铝箔复合橡塑绝热制品所需防止表面凝露的保冷层厚度更厚。对于同种橡塑绝热制品,增加铝箔贴面,所需的防凝露保冷层厚度需增加约44%。由此,在管道应用领域需慎重选择铝箔复合橡塑绝热制品。
According to GB/T 10295-2008,the thermal insulation performance of rubber-plastic insulation products before and after being coated with aluminum foil are tested by the heat flow meter method.The results show that,compared with the rubber-plastic insulation products without aluminum foil patch,the thermal conductivity of aluminum foil composite rubber-plastic insulation products is higher at different average temperatures.According to the thermal conductivity data obtained from the adiabatic performance test,the thickness of the anti-condensation cold-keeping layer is calculated by GB/T 8175-2008.The results show that the thickness of cold-keeping layer needed to prevent the surface condensation of aluminum foil composite rubber and plastic insulation products is thicker.For the same rubber-plastic insulation products,if the aluminum foil veneer is added,the thickness of anti-condensation and cold-keeping layer required should be increased by about 44%.Therefore,in the field of pipe application,it is still necessary to carefully choose aluminum foil composite rubber-plastic insulation products.
