摘要
对有机硅添加剂对再生GRC材料性能的影响进行研究,通过测试再生GRC的抗弯强度、吸水率和抗冻融循环能力得出相应的影响规律,有机硅添加剂可以改善再生GRC的吸水性能和抗冻性能,对抗弯性能的影响较小,采用有机硅改性再生GRC的吸水率可以下降到6%以下,50次冻融循环后没有出现裂纹、剥落、起层等破坏现象。
In this paper,the effect of organosilicon additive on the properties of recycled GRC is studied.By testing the bending strength,water absorption and freeze-thaw cycle resistance of regenerated GRC,the corresponding influence rules are obtained.Organosilicon additive can improve the water absorption and freeze-thaw resistance of regenerated GRC,and its influence on bending resistance is small.The water absorption of regenerated GRC modified by organosilicon can be reduced to less than 6%,and there is no crack,peeling,delamination and other damage phenomenon after 50 freeze-thaw cycles.
