摘要
结合"一带一路"哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克等水泥生产线建设项目的实际问题,及国标规范图集02S404《防水套管》,针对地下水位高、渗透压力大的地质条件下,大型水泥生产设备介质管道穿越构(建)筑外围护墙时,使用柔性防水套管结构工艺展开技术研究。首次在工业、民用建筑领域提出对称型、双支点、纯柔性、可拆卸式防水套管新结构,纠正02S404的不妥之处,弥补人民防空地下室相关标准及图集中柔性防水套管结构的缺失。此技术获国家四项发明专利,解决了水泥生产设备工艺管线埋设时合理穿越构(建)筑物墙体的技术难题。
Combined with the problems of cement production line in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan,and the atlas 02S404“Waterproof bushing”,a flexible waterproof casing technology is analyzed for the large cement production equipment pipeline crossing the outer wall of structure under the geological conditions of high underground water level and seepage pressure.A new structure of symmetrical,double fulcrum,pure flexible and detachable waterproof casing is proposed in the field of industrial and civil buildings for the first time to correct the inadequacy of 02S404 and make up for the lack of flexible waterproof casing structure in standard“Civil air defense basement”.This technology has won four national invention patents and solves the technical problem of passing through the outer wall of structure when the cement production equipment pipeline is buried.
