摘要
概述了机制砂石粉在加气块薄层砌筑砂浆中的技术应用,通过试验检验砂浆的稠度(2h稠度损失率)、保水率、收缩性能和抗压强度等,以更好实现石粉有效取代粉煤灰的目标。同时,对取代后所拌制而成的砂浆进行检测,通过检测取代工作完后成加气块薄层砌筑砂浆的质量及施工性能,以降低砂浆生产成本,增强环保效益。
This paper summarizes the technical application of machine-made sand powder in aerated block thin-layer masonry mortar,and tests the parameters of mortar,such as consistency(2h consistency loss rate),water retention,shrinkage and compressive strength,etc.in order to better achieve the replacement of fl y ash by stone powder.At the same time,the performance of the mortar mixed after replacement is tested,and by testing the quality and construction performance of the thin-layer masonry mortar after replacing the aerated block,the production cost of the mortar is reduced and the environmental benefi t is enhanced.
