摘要
地铁土建施工普遍存在一定的问题,比如施工的效率如何进一步提高,如何在缩短工作时间的同时做好风险管理等。本文就地铁建设项目土建施工风险管理进行分析,对进一步提升建设施工的效率提出建议。
There are some common problems in subway civil construction,such as how to further improve the efficiency of construction,and how to shorten the working hours and do a good job in risk management.This paper analyzes the civil construction risk management of subway construction projects and puts forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of construction.
