摘要
系统梳理电子政务服务创新领域的研究成果,不仅能反映学术研究的趋势和方向,也对实践活动起反思和指导作用。本文基于5W1H1P分析框架,从创新主体、创新内容、创新过程、创新原因、创新绩效、创新地点和创新历程7个方面对该领域的243篇CSSCI文献进行系统性文献综述,由此勾勒出电子政务服务创新研究的基本图景。总体来说,20年来学者们关于电子政务服务创新不同层面的研究不仅为更好理解政府创新这一问题提供了理论解读和分析,同时对进一步推动数字政府建设实践具有指导意义。
Figuring out the research achievements of e-government service innovation in China can not only reflect the trend and direction of academic research,but also offer a reference for the practical activities.Taking 243 CSSCI articles as a sample,this paper made a systematic review of e-government service innovation from seven aspects including subject,content,process,cause,performance,place and time,and then drew a research framework.In general,scholars different researches on e-government service innovation over the past 20 years not only provide theoretical analysis for a better understanding of government innovation,but also provides guidance for the further practice of digital government construction.
