The research and training activities of information technology discipline should be based on the discipline team core values and construct regional research mode in transmission,so as to continuously promote the growth of subject teachers.The research and training teachers and subject teachers should show their intention to participate,adopt the attitude of adapting to the times and the spirit of being practical and hard-working,constantly learn from experience,refine the subject teaching mode,improve the discipline quality,reserve human resources,so as to promote the sustainable development of the discipline.
