摘要
教师研修活动应唤醒教师积极心理,发挥教师主体作用。通过关注教师差异,确定合理心理期待;贴近教师需求,营造正向的团体心态;丰富教师体验,设计交互的参与活动;引领教师探究,激发强烈的行动动机等措施,从优化学习目标、提高学习兴趣、丰富学习成果和增进学习智慧中提升教师研修实效。
Teachers’research activities should arouse teachers’positive psychology and give full play to their main role.By focusing on teachers’differences,determining reasonable psychological expectations,being close to teachers’needs,creating positive group mentality,enriching teachers’experience,designing interactive participation activities,and leading teachers to explore and stimulate their strong action motivation,the actual effect of teachers’research can be improved by optimizing learning objectives,improving learning interest,enriching learning achievements and enhancing learning wisdom.
