高校基层党建工作思考

Reflections onWork of Party Building at Primary Level in Colleges and Universities

按照十九大提出的新时代党的建设的总要求,高校基层党建工作应以政治建设为统领加强基层党组织建设,充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和政治核心作用;要以坚定理想信念宗旨为根基,始终把抓好党员的思想建设放在基层党支部建设最经常、最基本的位置;要以教育教学为依托,创新基层党建工作新模式,发挥教师党员的先锋模范作用。

According to the general requirements of Party building in the new era put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party building work at the primary level in Colleges and universities should be guided by political construction,strengthen the construction of primary party organizations,give full play to the role of fighting fortress and political core of primary party organizations;take firm ideals,beliefs and purposes as the root,and always put the ideological construction of Party members in the most frequent and basic construction of primary party branches based on education and teaching.We should innovate the new mode of primary party construction and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of teachers and Party members.
