摘要 留守儿童的教育和管理工作已经成为乡村学校面临的重要问题,如果不能很好地关爱留守儿童,势必会使他们产生心理健康问题,导致学习成绩下降,甚至会走上违法的道路。因此,乡村小学班主任的任务艰巨,班主任要给予留守儿童充分的呵护和关爱,为他们提供良好的成长环境,帮助留守儿童消除畏惧心理和厌学情绪,使他们走上素质与能力共同发展的轨道。 The education and management of left-behind children has become an important problem in rural schools.If they can not care for left-behind children very well,they will inevitably have mental health problems and lead to a decline in their academic performance.Will even take the road of breaking the law.Therefore,the task of the head teacher of the rural primary school is arduous.It is necessary to give the left-behind children a good positive education,provide them with a broad space for development,and eliminate the fear and weariness of the left-behind children.Make them on the track of quality and ability.
