摘要
目的:研究护患沟通在急诊科输液中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1-10月收治的急诊输液患者188例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各94例,对照组施以常规输液护理,研究组在常规输液护理基础上加强护患沟通,对比两组护理结局。结果:研究组护患纠纷率为2.13%,低于对照组的13.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总依从率为98.94%,高于对照组的90.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度为97.87%,高于对照组的82.98%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护患沟通能够提高患者护理依从性及满意度,降低护患纠纷率,值得应用推广。
Objective:To study the application effect of nurse-patient communication in transfusion of emergency department.Method:A total of emergency infusion patients admitted to our hospital from January to October 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,94 cases in each group.The control group was given routine infusion nursing.The study group strengthened nurse-patient communication on the basis of routine infusion nursing,and the nursing intervention outcomes of the two groups were compared.Result:The nurse-patient dispute rate in the study group was 2.13%,lower than 13.83%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate in the study group was 98.94%,higher than 90.43%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the study group was 97.87%,higher than 82.98%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse-patient communication can improve the patients’nursing compliance and satisfaction and reduce the rate of disputes,which is worth popularizing.
