综合护理干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量的影响效果观察

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Limb Motor Function and Quality of Life of Elderly Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:观察综合护理干预对老年脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的老年脑卒中偏瘫患者120例,以入院先后顺序分为两组,先入院患者(60例)采取常规护理措施设为对照组,后入院患者(60例)采取综合护理干预措施设为试验组。对比两组干预前后肢体运动功能评分与生活质量评分,并比较两组护理依从性优良率、护理满意率与纠纷率。结果:护理后两组上、下肢Fugl-Meyer评分均高于护理前,且试验组评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组护理依从性优良率、护理满意率、纠纷率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后两组WHOQOL-100评分均高于护理前,且试验组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在老年卒中偏瘫患者中,采取综合护理模式进行有效的干预,可明显改善患者上下肢体运动功能,提升患者护理依从性,减少护患纠纷,提升患者护理满意度,并有效提升生活质量,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on limb motor function and quality of life of elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 120 elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,the first hospitalized patients(60 cases)were set as the control group with conventional nursing measures,and the second hospitalized patients(60 cases)were set as the experimental group with comprehensive nursing interventions.The scores of limb motor function and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the excellent and good rate of nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction rate and dispute rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The fugl-meyer scores of upper and lower limbs in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The excellent and good rate of nursing compliance,nursing satisfaction rate and dispute rate in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-100 scores in both groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,and those in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:In elderly stroke patients with hemiplegia,effective intervention with comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the upper and lower limb motor function of patients,improve patients’nursing compliance,reduce nurse-patient disputes,improve patients’nursing satisfaction,and effectively improve the quality of life,the effect is ideal.
