乳腺癌患者积极度现状及其影响因素

Current Status and Influencing Factors of Breast Cancer Patients’Positivity

目的:对乳腺癌患者的积极度进行调查,分析影响积极度的因素,为后期的健康促进干预提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,对2019年10-12月在福建省某三级甲等综合医院甲乳外科住院的143例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,采用一般资料调查表、患者积极度量表及社会支持量表对乳腺癌患者进行调查,并进行影响因素分析。结果:乳腺癌患者积极度得分为40~92分,平均(58.61±10.96)分。其中,第1水平20例(13.99%),第2水平29例(20.28%),第3水平47例(32.87%),第4水平47例(32.87%)。患者社会支持得分(41.98±6.32)分,且乳腺癌患者积极度得分与社会支持得分呈正相关(r=0.721,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果表明,其中保留乳房、疾病分期早、文化水平高、社会支持得分高是乳腺癌患者积极度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者总体积极度中等偏下,参与疾病管理的知识、信心及技能还需进一步强化,临床护理工作可以从患者疾病分期、文化程度、社会支持及是否保留乳房等4个方面采取措施提高其积极度。

Objective:To investigate the positivity of breast cancer patients and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide basis for the later health promotion intervention.Method:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 143 breast cancer patients admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery in a grade-Ⅲfirst-class general hospital in Fujian Province from October to December 2019 using the method of convenience sampling.The general data questionnaire,patient positivity scale and social support scale were used to investigate the breast cancer patients,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Result:The positive score of breast cancer patients was 40-92 points,the average score was(58.61±10.96)points.There were 20 cases(13.99%)at the 1st level,29 cases(20.28%)at the 2nd level,47 cases(32.87%)at the 3rd level and 47 cases(32.87%)at the 4th level.The social support score of patirnts was(41.98±6.32)points,and the positive score of breast cancer patients was positively correlated with the score of social support(r=0.721,P<0.01).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that breast preservation,early stage of disease,high level of education and high score of social support were the influencing factors of the positive degree of breast cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total volume of breast cancer patients is extremely medium to low level,and they are lack of knowledge,confidence and skills to participate in disease management.Clinical nursing can take measures to improve their enthusiasm from four aspects:disease stage,education level,social support and breast preservation.
