摘要
目的:分析微课+情景模拟教学在新护士临床护理工作培训中的应用效果。方法:纳入笔者所在科室2018年9月-2019年9月新入职护士50例,随机平均分为两组,对照组25例护士采纳传统培训方法,试验组25例护士采纳微课+情景模拟培训,对比两组技能操作考核成绩、理论知识考核成绩、评判性思维能力、培训满意度。结果:试验组技能操作考核成绩评分、理论知识考核成绩评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训前两组评判性思维能力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后试验组各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组各项培训满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课+情景模拟教学可显著提高新入职护士技能操作及理论水平及评判性思维,赢得护士认可与赞同,值得借鉴。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of micro-lesson+situational simulation teaching in clinical nursing training for new nurses.Method:Fifty new nurses in the author’s department from September 2018 to September 2019 were included,they were randomly divided into two groups,25 nurses in the control group adopted traditional training methods,and 25 nurses in the experimental group adopted micro-lesson+situational simulation teaching.The results of skill operation assessment,theoretical knowledge assessment,critical thinking ability and training satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of skill operation assessment results and theoretical knowledge assessment results in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of critical thinking ability between the two groups before training(P>0.05),after training,each score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The training satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The micro-lesson + scenario simulation teaching can significantly improve the skill operation, theoretical level and criticalthinking of newly recruited nurses, and win the recognition and approval of nurses, which is worthy of reference.
