摘要
近十年来,随着国产化空间行波管应用数量逐渐增加,故障样本也不断增加。通过故障样本的统计,形成空间行波管故障模式分析结果,识别出影响当前我国空间行波管可靠性的主要薄弱环节,为后续持续开展可靠性增长工作指明了方向。
In the past decade,with the increasing applications of domestic space TWTs,the number of fault samples is also increasing.Based on the statistics of fault samples,the failure mode analysis results of space TWTs are formed,and the main weakness affecting the reliability of space TWTs in China is identified,which points out the direction for the subsequent reliability improvement.
