摘要
铯束管是铯原子钟的核心器件,本文介绍了磁选态、激光抽运、磁选光检三种类型铯束管的工作原理与特点,对影响铯束管寿命的装铯量、吸铯剂、电子倍增器等因素进行了阐述和分析,提出了保证铯束管长寿命工作的建议。
Cesium beam tube is the core device of a cesium atomic clock.This article introduces the working principles and characteristics of three type cesium beam tubes:magnetic state selection,laser pumping,magnetically selected and optically detected.Factors on the lifetime of cesium beam tubes such as cesium-filling amount,graphite getters and electron multiplier are explained and analyzed,and suggestions for long-life operation of cesium beam tubes are put forward.
