弹载磁控管质量问题分析及可靠性提升浅析

摘要 磁控管是弹载应用领域最常用的电真空器件,但是近年来在武器装备中暴露出的一些质量问题影响了武器使用的可靠性。本文从设计质量、工艺质量、过程控制质量三个方面介绍了一些弹载磁控管典型质量问题的发生过程、故障原因和解决措施,最后,以提升弹载磁控管质量为出发点,从设计鲁棒性、工艺稳定性和过程控制合理性提出建议,为弹载磁控管设计者、生产者和使用者提供参考。 Magnetron is a kind of vacuum electronic device commonly used in missile borne field.However,some quality problems are exposed in weapon equipment applications in recent years,which affect the reliability of weapons.This paper presents the typical quality problems process,causes and solutions of the missile borne magnetrons from the aspects of design,technology and process control.In order to improve the quality of missile borne magnetrons,reasonable suggestions are put forward from the design robustness,craft stability and process control rationality,which provide references for the designers,producers and users of missile borne magnetrons.
