在高职院校教学体系中,辅导员肩负着多种教育角色,对于学生的身心成长和品质塑造具有至关重要的作用。在新媒体时期,高职院校辅导员的工作既面临了机遇也面临着挑战。在新媒体时代来临之际,作为高职院校学生管理和思政教育的主要实施者,辅导员必须正确面对新媒体带来的机遇,积极应对其中包含的挑战,通过深入了解新媒体时代特点,从工作重点、师生关系、工作模式等多个层面,探索辅导员工作的新思路。高职院校辅导员工作既遇到形式更加灵活、资源更加丰富、效率更加高效的机遇,又面临着学生情感不易掌握、管理教育难度提升、工作主动性要求更高、思政教育重要性显著提升、信息技术能力要求更高等挑战。该文将简要阐述新媒体时期高职院校辅导员工作面临的机遇和挑战,并探索未来工作的新思路,以期全面提升高职院校辅导员在新媒体时期的工作实效性。

In the teaching system of higher vocational colleges,counselors shoulder a variety of educational roles,which play an important role in the physical and mental growth and quality shaping of students.In the new media era,the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges is facing both opportunities and challenges.With the advent of the new media era,as the main implementer of student management and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,counselors must correctly face the opportunities brought by new media and actively respond to the challenges contained therein.This essay tries to explore new ideas of counselors'work through in-depth understanding of the characteristicsof the new media era from the work focus,teacher-student relationship,work mode and other aspects.The work of counselors in higher vocational colleges not only meets the opportunities of more flexible forms,more abundant resources and higher efficiency,but also faces the challenges of students'difficult to master,the difficulty of management education,the higher requirements of work initiative,the significant improvement of the importance of Ideological and political education,and the higher requirements of information technology ability.This paper will briefly describe the opportunities and challenges faced by Vocational College Counselors in the new media period and explore new ideas for future work in order to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of counselors in the new media period.
