摘要
该文以GE 9E重型燃气轮机为研究对象,以机理灰箱的方法,给出燃气轮机建模的方法及过程,建立了燃气轮机及控制系统的高精度全工况静态模型和动力学模型。该模型可正确模拟机组启停机过程,并对其进行了环境温度和燃料量变化工况的测试。测试试验结果证明,该文设计的燃气轮机高精度全工况数学模型可以正确地反映燃机机组的动态特性,符合机组运行规律,对燃气轮机的研究具有很好的价值。
Taking Ge 9E gas turbine as the research object,the modeling method and process of gas turbine are given with the method of mechanism ash box.And the static model and dynamic model of gas turbine and control system are established.The model can simulate the start-up and shut-down process of the gas turbine unit,and test the temperature change and FSR switch.The results show that the model can correctly reflect the dynamic characteristics of gas turbine,which has good research and reference value in line with the operation law of the unit.
