摘要
该文介绍了OBE的概念,以及混合式教学法在中国的运用情况,从学生、课程内容、教师、考核这4个方面指出了《基础会计》在教学过程中存在的问题;分析了要提高教学需要实现4个方面的改变:师生角色的改变、教学环境的改变、教学方法和学习方法的改变、考核评价方式的改变;要处理好以下关系:创新与基本原理的关系、传授知识与能力培养的关系、教与学的关系、基本理论与具体实务的关系。在此基础上,提出了基于OBE理念的《基础会计》线上线下混合式教学改革对策:充分调研,校企共同制定基于OBE理念的线上线下教学模式的课程标准;开发、优化课程资源;加强教材改革,开发特色教材;打造一支教学能力强、信息化技术水平高的教学团队;线上线下混合式教学模式的具体实施方法,以提高《基础会计》课程的教学质量。
The article introduced OBE concept and the situation of usage of Blending teaching mode in China.We analyzed problems in the teaching process of Basic Accounting class through four aspects:students,contents,teachers and assessments.In order to improve the teaching,we suggest that something should get changed such as roles of teachers and students,environment of teaching,methods used in teaching and methods used in learning.Besides,some relationships should be treated and disposed seriously.including relationship between basic principle and scientific innovation,between knowledge impartment and capability development,between teaching and learning,between basic theory and concrete affairs.Based on our analysis,we gave our suggestions towards blending teaching:make full investigation.determine course criteria of blending teaching mode which should be discussed by both schools and corporations,optimize teaching resources,develop specific textbooks and organize a high-level teaching group.We strongly believe that after the reform above,the quality of blending teaching will be greatly improved.
