高校学生管理中思政教育的渗透研究

自改革开放以来,我国加强了对人才的重视,并且随着我国经济的发展,人们的生活条件得到显著改善,对教育教学的关注度越来越高,社会对人才的需求量也在不断增加,许多高校扩招,在校学生的数量越来越多。但在具体实施期间,高校大学生管理方面存在许多问题,为了提高高校学生管理质量,我国许多高校针对大学生管理方面实施思想教育渗透,将思想政治教育与高校学生管理相结合,提升学生的综合素质,同时也提高学生的专业能力,进而为社会培养符合要求的人才。
