河北省冰雪体育人才资源开发策略研究

Research on the Development Strategy of Ice and Snow Sports Talent Resources In Hebei Province

自2022年北京张家口联合申办冬奥会成功,河北省的冰雪体育事业受到了全国的关注并进入空前迅猛的发展时期,各方面的机遇纷至沓来,主要体现在冰雪竞技体育、冰雪运动进校园、大众冰雪运动、冰雪相关产业、冰雪科技创新技术等方面。冰雪事业的发展主要围绕的是冰雪体育人才的推动,河北作为冬奥会的举办地,肩负着历史的重任、国家的重托,既是机遇,又是挑战。该研究通过对目前河北省在筹备冬奥会过程中出现的冰雪竞技体育后备人才储备量小、冰雪运动进校园师资配备率低、大众参与冰雪方面的体育指导员数量小且专业化程度低、冰雪运动相关产业人员素质结构单一、冰雪科研创新人才技术攻关不高及保障制度不完善等方面的现状进行调查研究,分析制约其发展因素,提出冰雪体育人才的开发策略,皆为服务冬奥,为完成“三亿人上冰雪”,也为后奥会时期河北省冰雪体育产业的蓬勃发展提出合理化建议。

Since 2022,when Beijing and Zhangjiakou bid to host the winter games successfully,ice and snow sports cause in Hebei province has caught the national attention and turned into an unprecedented rapid development period.Opportunities are coming in from various aspects,mainly reflected in the ice and snow sports,competitive sports into the campus,the mass of ice and snow sports,ice and snow industry and science and technology innovation,etc.The development of the cause of ice and snow mainly centers on the promotion of ice and snow sports talents.Hebei,as the host city of the Winter Olympic Games,bears the heavy responsibility of history and the high trust of the country.It is both an opportunity and a challenge.However,there are still some problems in preparation for the winter Olympics in Hebei province at present.The number of talent reserve on ice and snow sports is small.Ice and snow sports school teachers is not enough.The amount of instructors for public’s participation in ice and snow sports is small.The specialization degree is low.The structure of ice and snow sports industry personnel quality is single.And the number of snow and ice research innovation talented person and technology research is not high.The current situation of the security system is not perfect,etc.This paper analyzes factors restricting its development and puts forward the development strategy of ice-snow sports talents.It also puts forward reasonable suggestions for the vigorous development of ice and snow sports industry in Hebei during the post-Olympic period in order to better complete the "three hundred million people on the ice and snow".
