先进民用铝合金材料加工技术的研究与发展

Research and Development of Processing Technology for Advanced Civil Aluminum Alloy Material

在简述国内外铝合金加工技术现状的基础上,针对我国铝合金加工技术存在的不足,提出应从铝合金熔炼铸造、变形加工及热处理等基础技术方面开展系统、深入的铝合金基础特性研究。根据民用铝合金材料在不同领域的应用现状,提出了民用铝合金材料加工技术的研究与设想,并对铝加工技术的前景进行了展望。

The status of aluminum alloy processing technology at home and abroad was briefly introduced.In view of the shortcom⁃ings of aluminum alloy processing technology in China,it is suggested that the basic technology of aluminum alloy melting and cast⁃ing,deformation processing and heat treatment should be carried out systematically and the basic characteristics of aluminum alloy is studied deeply.According to the application status of civil aluminum alloy materials in different fields,the research and tentative ideas of civil aluminum alloy processing technology were put forward,and the prospect of the processing technology was also prospected.
