摘要
在传统的6005A和6061模板铝合金成分和挤压工艺的基础上,设计三种不同合金成分和挤压工艺,对比分析了型材表面质量、尺寸、生产效率、成品率及力学性能,研究出一种新型铝合金及其生产工艺。研究结果表明:使用3号合金进行型材挤压生产时,在保证力学性能满足使用标准前提下,将铸锭加热温度降低至420℃、速度提升至12.1~12.6 m/min时,产品表面质量及尺寸和角度依然保持良好,产量可提升至21.74 t,是传统6005A和6061模板铝合金型材产量的2~3倍。
Based on the traditional 6005A and 6061 aluminum alloy template components and extrusion process,three different alloy compositions and extrusion processes were designed.A new type of aluminum alloy and its production process were studied by com⁃paring the surface quality,size,production efficiency,yield and mechanical properties of the profile.The research results show that when using No.3 alloy,the heating temperature of the ingot can be reduced to 420℃and the speed is increased to 12.1~12.6 m/min under the premise of ensuring the mechanics meets the use standard.The surface quality and size and angle of the product are good.The output is increased to 21.74 t which is 2~3 times that of the traditional 6005A and 6061 template aluminum alloys.
