微量Zr元素对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金阳极化效果的影响

摘要 采用铸锭冶金法制备了Al-Zn-Mg-Cu和Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr两种合金,并利用岛津AGS-X-100KN电子万能材料试验机测试了不同成分试样的力学性能;利用数码显微镜、金相显微镜研究了2种合金纵截面不同厚度位置的阳极氧化效果及显微组织形貌。结果表明,添加微量的Zr可以明显抑制Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金的再结晶程度;但由于Al3Zr粒子的弥散分布程度不均匀,导致合金整个厚度截面组织不均匀,并最终影响板材成品的阳极化效果。可通过优化均热制度工艺的方法对其进行改善。 In this paper,Al-Zn-Mg-Cu and Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr alloys were prepared by ingot metallurgy method.The mechanical properties of samples with different alloy compositions were tested by Shimadzu AGS-X-100KN electronic universal material testing machine.The anodizing effect and microstructure morphology of the two alloys at different thickness positions in longitudinal section were studied by digital microscope and metallographic microscope.The results show that adding a small amount of Zr can obviously inhibit the recrystallization degree of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy,but due to the uneven distribution of Al3Zr particles,the mi⁃crostructure of the whole thickness section of the alloy is not uniform,and finally affects the anodizing effect of the finished plate.It can be improved by optimizing the soaking process.
