摘要
对在阳极氧化后出现材料线缺陷的5052铝合金3C外壳样品进行SEM、数码显微镜和白光干涉分析。结果表明,材料线缺陷是由氧化膜和基材损伤引起的。为了控制材料线缺陷,可以通过熔铸工艺优化、轧制工序要素控制来实现,从而防止阳极氧化材料线缺陷的产生。
SEM,digital microscope and white light interference analysis were carried out for 5052 aluminum alloy 3C shell samples with material line defects after anodic oxidation.The results show that the defects are caused by the damage of oxide film and sub⁃strate.In order to control the material line defects,the optimization of casting process and the control of rolling process elements can be achieved,so as to prevent the anodic oxidation material line defects.
