摘要
简略介绍了铝挤压工模具的材料选用及工模具坯料制备,重点讨论了铝挤压工模具的热处理过程工艺参数的确定原则及细节的确定,特别是淬火、回火的温度、加热速度和保温时间及淬火油的温度、冷却状态与工件出油槽的温度和时间的确定。这些细节的确定性正是获得工模具最佳组织和性能的关键技术。为了证实热处理效果,还例举了若干典型工模具成功的热处理实例,供同行们参考与讨论。
The aluminum extrusion mold material selection and preparation are introduced briefly,the principle and details determina⁃tion of heat treatment process parameters of aluminum extrusion die are mainly discussed,especially the quenching and tempering tem⁃perature,heating rate and heat preservation time and quenching oil temperature,cooling condition and the temperature etc.The deter⁃mination of these details is the key technology to obtain the best organization and performance of the die.In order to prove the effect of heat treatment,some typical successful examples of heat treatment are also given for reference and discussion by colleagues.
