高表面系数压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板冬期施工关键技术

Key construction technology of high surface coefficient steel-concrete composite slabs in winter

摘要 以某液晶显示器(TFT-LCD)生产厂房工程为例,阐述了该工程超大型厂房压型钢板-混凝土组合楼板在冬期施工关键技术的解决方案及方案实施的效果。该组合楼板表面系数较同体积、同板厚、同跨度的钢筋混凝土楼板增大50.9%,达15.27m-lo通过在组合楼板厚度中部预置PE-RT管并通入低温热水的创新养护技术,完成了该组合楼板的冬期施工。实施结果表明达到了预期目标。 Taking a TFT-LCD production workshop as an example,this paper expounds the key technology solutions and implementation eflect of steel-concrete composite slabs in winter construction of super large workshop.The surface coefficient of the composite floor is increased by 50.9%to 15.27m-1 compared with the reinforced concrete floor with the same volume,thickness and span.Through the innovative maintenance technology of prefabricating PE-RT pipe in the middle of the thickness of the composite floor and passing in lowtemperature hot water,the winter construction of the composite floor is completed.The implementation results show that the expected goal is achieved.
