摘要
一些教师忽视学生的心理健康教育,使得学生出现负性情绪之后,自我调整的能力很差,演变为心理问题。文章概述理性情绪疗法,分析初中生负性学习情绪表现形式及形成原因,探讨理性情绪团体疗法对初中生负性学习情绪的干预,使初中生对负面情绪有正确的认知,不断成长成才。
Some teachers neglect the mental health education of students,makes the students have poor self-regulation ability after they have negative emotions,which turns into psychological problems.This paper summarizes rational emotional therapy,analyzes the manifestations and causes of negative learning emotions of junior middle school students,and discusses the intervention of rational emotional group therapy on junior middle school students'negative learning emotions,so that junior middle school students have a correct understanding of negative emotions and continue to grow into talents.
