摘要
建立了环境测试舱法测定床垫中11种挥发性有机化合物释放量的方法,使用Tenax-石墨化炭黑复合管采集VOCs,通过热解析-气相色谱-质谱法进行了气体样品定性及定量分析。结果表明:床垫释放的VOCs大多为源于床垫生产过程中使用的染料、发泡剂、抗老化剂的烯烃、长链烷烃、酯类物质。
A method was established for the determination of 11 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)released in the mattress using environmental test chamber.VOCs were collected by Tenax-graphitized carbon black composite pipe,and the gas samples were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by thermal analysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.It is found that VOCs released by mattress are mostly olefine,long-chain alkanes and esters derived from dyes,foaming agents and anti-aging agents used in mattress production.
