热压工艺对涤纶湿法非织造材料断裂强力的影响及优化控制 被引量:1

摘要 研究涤纶湿法非织造材料断裂强力的影响及优化控制问题。以热压温度、热压压力以及热压时间为控制因素,设计三因素三水平L9(34)的正交重复试验。运用交互性方差分析,研究了控制因素以及它们之间的交互效应对断裂强力的影响关系;在此基础上,建立了断裂强力与控制因素之间的二次正交回归方程;以断裂强力最大为优化目标,计算出最佳控制点为206.55℃,15.17 Pa,48.63 s和最大断裂强力为80.87 N;以最优控制点为实验条件,进行实验验证,得到该条件下的断裂强力为78.9 N,显示断裂强力的优化控制效果良好。 Studying the influence of the breaking strength of wet polyester nonwovens and the optimization control.Taking hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing pressure and hot-pressing time as control factors,the orthogonal experiment of L9(34)with three factors and three levels was designed.The influence of control factors and their interaction on breaking strength was studied by using interactive analysis of variance.On this basis,the quadratic orthogonal regression equation between fracture strength and controlling factors is established.Taking the maximum breaking strength as the optimization objective,to calculate that the optimal control point is 206.55℃,15.17 Pa,48.63 s and the maximum breaking strength is 80.87 N.Taking the optimal control point as the experimental condition,the experimental results show that the breaking strength is 78.9 N,which shows that the optimal control effect of breaking strength is good.
