摘要
为提高对精量穴播器出厂前或维修后的播种性能检测效率,本文设计了一种基于图像技术与传感器融合的精量穴播器性能检测装置。由霍尔传感器、光栅传感器和CMOS相机的各自特性生成对应检测信号,经数据采集卡采集传递给基于LabVIEW开发的穴播器性能检测软件分析计算,将结果以简洁明了的人机交互界面显示。经试验验证,本装置运行稳定,能够快速有效实现数据采集与分析计算,达到对穴播器播种性能检测的快速检测与结果显示目的,为农业机械质量检测提供新的思路。
In order to improve the detection efficiency of precision dibbler before delivery or after maintenance,a precision dibbler performance detection device is designed based on image technology and sensor fusion.The corresponding detection signals are generated by the respective characteristics of Hall sensor,grating sensor and Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)camera,which are collected by the data acquisition card and transmitted to the performance testing software developed based on Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench(LabVIEW)for analysis and calculation.The results are displayed in a concise human-computer interface.The test results show that the device runs stably,and can quickly and effectively realize data acquisition and analysis calculation,achieve the purpose of rapid detection and result display of the sowing performance detection of the hill seeder,and provide a new idea for the quality inspection of agricultural machinery.
