浅析数控车床性能及加工改造

摘要 数控车床属于机电一体化设备,其具有较高的自动化程度,在数控车床中运用了自动控制与检测技术、计算机技术等多项先进技术。当前,车床的数控化改造在国内具有广阔的发展空间。基于此,本文首先介绍了数控车床的特点,研究了普通车床的数控改造和设计,阐述了数控车床的加工编程,以期能够对车床的加工改造提供一定参考。 The CNC lathe is a mechatronics equipment,which has a high degree of automation.In the CNC lathe,many advanced technologies such as automatic control and detection technology and computer technology are used.At present,the numerical control transformation of lathes has broad development space in China.Based on this,this article first introduces the characteristics of CNC lathes,studies the CNC transformation and design of ordinary lathes,and expounds the machining programming of CNC lathes in order to provide a certain reference for the transformation of lathes.
