机电安装工程具有通用性强、跨度广以及设计面积相对广泛等特征。在建筑机电安装工作中,除包含管道、消防与动力等工程外,也涉及到了电器等智能化工程。在建筑行业中,BIM技术作为一种新兴技术,无论是在施工还是设计环节,其都有着十分显著的优势,科学运用BIM技术,可以逐渐实现对物力成本的合理管控,继而优化与完善施工过程。基于此,本文主要研究了BIM技术机电安装技术的应用,以期推动机电安装工程的智能化发展。

Mechanical and electrical installation engineering has the characteristics of strong versatility,wide span and relatively wide design area.In addition to plumbing,fire control and power engineering,the electrical and mechanical installation of buildings also involves intelligent engineering such as electrical appliances.In the construction industry,BIM technology,as an emerging technology,has significant advantages in both construction and design.The scientific use of BIM technology can gradually realize reasonable control of material costs,and then optimize and improve the construction process..Based on this,this article mainly studies the application of BIM technology electromechanical installation technology,in order to promote the intelligent development of electromechanical installation engineering.
