山西太原唐代郭行墓发掘简报

Preliminary Report on the Excavation of Guo Xing’s Tomb of the Tang Dynasty in Taiyuan,Shanxi

2019年,山西省考古研究院、太原市文物考古研究所在太原市万柏林区小井峪小学附近发掘1座唐代壁画墓,出土了陶罐、墓志、木俑、木梳、铜钱、泥俑等遗物及精美壁画。该墓壁画保存完好,内容丰富,是目前太原地区发现规模最大的唐代壁画墓。

In 2019,the Shanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology and the Taiyuan Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology jointly excavated a Tang Dynasty tomb near Xiaojingyu Primary School in Wanbailin District,Taiyuan City.Artifacts unearthed from the tomb include ceramic pots,epitaphs,wooden figurines,wooden combs,copper coins,clay figurines etc.The tomb is the largest Tang-Dynasty mural tomb that has been found in Taiyuan hitherto.The excavation of this tomb has enriched mortuary data for our further understanding of culture and history in Taiyuan during the Tang Period.
