陕北战国时期“辛庄类遗存”初论

On the‘Xinzhuang Type’Archaeological Remains of the Warring-States Period in Northern Shaanxi

本文分析了辛庄战国墓地发掘及调查所获标本型式、年代、文化因素、性质等相关问题,并提出以双耳罐为代表的器物为一类新的遗存,可暂称之为“辛庄类遗存”,其应该是东周时期的白狄文化遗存。通过考古与文献分析表明,陕北中部地区至少在战国早中期是狄人活动的核心区域,而辛庄遗址又处在这个核心区域的中心位置。

This paper presents a systematic analysis of the typology,chronology,cultural elements,and nature related to the archaeological remains from the Xinzhuang cemetery and adjacent areas collected from a survey.The author proposes that the assemblage represented by the dominant‘double-ear’jars and few numbers of open-rim jars and B-type bowls should belong to archaeological remains associated with the baidi ethnic group.For the convenience of comparison,this paper proposes that the assemblage can be called the‘Xinzhuang’type of archaeological remains of the baidi ethnic group.Furthermore,based on the synthesis of related archaeological and textual evidence,the author argues that the central Northern Shaanxi region was the core region of the di ethnic group no later than the Early-Middle Warring States period.The Xinzhuang site is located in the center of this core region.
