Bee therapy is a general name for the treatment of bee products,and bee needle therapy plays an important role in bee therapy with its unique charm.Bee needle therapy often uses thumb and forefinger to hold the wings of live bees,or gently hold the chest of live bees with tweezers,and place the tail at acupuncture points to make them prick;Tweezers can also be used to remove the bee needle and puncture or scatter the related acupuncture points.Bee needle therapy integrates the pharmacological effects of bee needle liquid with the principle of acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine,and its development has been paid attention to by the medical community.This paper reviews the application of bee acupuncture in skin diseases,digestive system diseases,respiratory system diseases,musculoskeletal and connective tissue diseases,tumor-related diseases,urogenital diseases,etc.,which can provide a heavy weight for further understanding of the application of bee acupuncture.
