高油酸花生高效绿色配套植保技术研究 被引量:6

Research on Matched Plant Protection Measures for High-oleic Peanut

摘要 为加速高油酸花生产业化进程,选用高油酸花生品种花育963,于2018-2019在山东莒南进行了两年配套绿色植保技术试验。2018年结果表明,先正达美甜■保叶方案产量423.2 kg/667m^2,较常规措施增产32.8%,油酸含量提高8.90%,亚油酸含量降低7.14%,油亚比提高12.81。在此基础上改进的2019年“花生三宝”方案对花生叶斑病防效高达96.2%,明显优于常规措施(防效3.8%),产量617.53 kg/667m^2,较常规措施增产58.85%,油酸含量提高3.30%,亚油酸含量降低3.09%,油酸/亚油酸比值提高10.03,667m^2增收1500余元,同时能显著减少农药使用量。 Huayu963 is a good quality,high-yielding,large-seeded,high-oleic peanut cultivar with wide adaptation.To hasten its commercialization,matched plant protection measures were demonstrated in field in Junan Shandong during 2018-2019.In 2018,Syngenta's“leaf protection with MIRAVIS Duo■”(3 sprays of 30 mL/667m^2 MIRAVIS Duo■ for leaf protection)achieved a pod yield of 423.2 kg/667m^2,showing a yield superiority of 32.8% over conventional measures(CM).Moreover,improvement in chemical quality was also considerable.Oleate content rosed up by 8.90 percentage points,while linoleate content went down by 7.14 percentage points.This led to the oleate to linoleate ratio increase of 12.81.In 2019,“3 key practices for peanut”(50 mL/667m^2 seed dressing with Cruiser Maxx Beans■+100 mL/667m^2 Dual Gold■ for weed control+3 sprays of 40 mL/667m^2 MIRAVIS Duo■ for leaf protection),based on the results from 2018,proved to have a higher control effect on peanut leaf spots than CM(96.2%vs 3.8%),achieved pod yield of 617.53 kg/667m^2,58.85% over that of CM.Oleate and linoleate content increased and decreased by 3.30 and 3.09 percentage points,respectively,wich resulted in the oleate to linoleate ratio increase of 10.03.The net income was about 1500 CNY/667 m^2 higher than CM,and the use of pesticides was greatly reduced.
