日本利用“间岛”地理概念的扩张企图——以斋藤季治郎《间岛视察报告书》为中心的考察

Japan's Attempt at Using the Geographical Concept of“Inter-island”for Expansion:A Study Focusing on The Inter-Island Inspection Report by Sait Jiro

日本陆军中佐斋藤季治郎写的《间岛视察报告书》(1907年),是为了在延边地区筹设"统监府派出所"而搜集的情报。其核心内容是假定"间岛"境界线,将朝鲜人创制的原本指称图们江沿岸的"间岛"扩充为区域概念,不但包括图们江以北地区(东间岛),还包括二道松花江以北地区(西间岛)。如果说东间岛的界定与朝鲜移民占据多数有关,那么西间岛的界定则主要是日本垂涎于长白山北麓丰富的森林、矿产资源,特别是为了夺取韩边外的夹皮沟金矿。假定"间岛"范围,既为日本借口保护朝鲜人派军警进行非法扩张预设了活动空间,也为利用土门江等于松花江说,通过谈判夺取"间岛"领土权做准备,暴露了日本利用"间岛"地理概念进行扩张的侵略意图。

The Inter-Island Inspection Report(1907)written by Sait Jiro,an officer of the Japanese Army,was a collection of information for establishing a police station of the General Supervision Office in Yanbian prefecture.Its core content is to assume the boundary line of“Inter-island”,and expand the original“Inter-island”along the Tumen River created by the North Koreans into a regional concept,including not only the area north of the Tumen River(Dongjian Island),but also the area north of the Songhua River(Xijian Island).If the definition of Dongjian island is related to the majority of North Korean immigrants,then the definition of Xijian Island is mainly related to the rich forest and mineral resources at the northern foot of Changbai Mountain,especially for the Jiapigou gold mine outside the territory of South Korea.The assumed scope of the“Inter-island”not only provides a space for Japan to illegally expand its territory under the pretext of protecting the Korean people by sending military and police forces,but also prepares a ground for Japan to seize the territorial right of the“Inter-island”through negotiation by taking advantage of the pretext that“the Humen River is equal to the Songhua River”,which exposes Japan's aggressive intention of using the geographical concept of“Inter-island”for expansion.
