摘要
基于温度自反馈原理设计并研制了一套网电源变压器过载检测系统,能够在保证电气安全的前提下,一键完成对变压器的过载检测,实时产生温度、负载电流等参数报表,并自动分析参数特征。该检测系统能够满足医疗器械行业对网电源变压器质量控制的智能检测需求,为后续提高产品质量提供数据分析依据。
Based on the temperature self-feedback principle,an automatic overload testing system for mains transformer was designed and developed in this paper.With this system,all the overload tests of transformer,including real-time temperature acquisition,load current measurement,and parameter characteristics analysis,can be completed by a single-click under the premise of ensuring electrical safety.Using this system,the needs of intelligent testing of the medical device for the quality control of transformers can be satisfied,the data for the subsequent improvement of product quality can be provided as well.
