摘要
目的:针对旋光仪检测透析液中葡萄糖含量时遇到的检测结果不稳定问题,探索建立一种更加可靠的检测方法。方法:采用碘量法检测透析液中葡萄糖含量,通过对该方法进行重复性、稳定性及回收率实验,考察了方法的可行性。结果:该方法检测透析液中葡萄糖含量,平均回收率分别为100.45%、100.13%、99.87%,RSD值为0.29%。结论:本方法具有重复性好、准确度高的优点,可用于含葡萄糖透析液的检测和质量控制。
Objective:For the instability detection problems of glucose content in dialysate with polarimeter,a more reliable method was explored.Methods:Iodine quantity method is adopted to detect the glucose content of dialysate in the test.The repeatability,stability and recovery experiment by this method were used to investigate the feasibility of the method.Results:The average recovery rate of glucose were 100.45%,100.13%,99.87%,and the RSD was 0.29%.Conclusions:The method has the advantages of good repeatability and high accuracy,and can be used for the quality control and the detection of glucose levels in dialysate.
