摘要
目的:分析MRI磁共振扫描仪对卵巢交界性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年3月本院收治的经过病理诊断确诊的50例上皮性卵巢癌患者和35例卵巢交界性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将其分别记为对照组和观察组。对所有患者均采用MRI磁共振成像技术和弥散加权磁共振成像技术进行检查,观察两组弥散加权成像信号强度和表观弥散系数以及MRI诊断敏感性和特异性。结果:观察组和对照组弥散加权成像信号强度分别为(115.03±17.87)和(141.54±20.26),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组和对照组表观弥散系数分别为(2.66±0.37)×10^-3mm^2/s和(2.08±0.41)×10^-3mm^2/s,差异显著(P<0.05)。MRI磁共振扫描诊断卵巢癌患者51例,卵巢交界性肿瘤患者34例,MRI磁共振扫描诊断敏感性为96.08%(49/51),特异性为97.06%(33/34)。结论:卵巢交界性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢癌在弥散加权成像信号强度和表观弥散系数方面具有显著差异,MRI诊断具有较高的诊断敏感性和特异性。
Objective:To analyze the value of MRI in the differential diagnosis of borderline ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:Selected 50 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and 35 patients with borderline ovarian tumors who were admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 and were confirmed by pathological diagnosis as the research objects,which were respectively recorded as the control group and the observation group.All patients were examined by MRI and DWI.The signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient of DWI were observed,and the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of MRI were observed.Results:The signal intensity of DWI in observation group and control group were(115.03±17.87)and(141.54±20.26),respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The apparent diffusion coefficient of the observation group and the control group were(2.66±0.37)×10^-3mm^2/s and(2.08±0.41)×10^-3mm^2/s,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).51 patients with ovarian cancer and 34 patients with borderline ovarian tumors were diagnosed by MRI.The sensitivity and specificity of MRI were 96.08%(49/51)and 97.06%(33/34),respectively.Conclusion:There are significant differences in signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient between borderline ovarian tumor and epithelial ovarian cancer.MRI has high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity.
