不同MRI序列检查诊断膀胱癌肌层浸润价值评价

Evaluation of Differential MRI Sequences in Diagnosis of Myometrial Invasion in Bladder Cancer

目的:探讨不同MRI序列检查诊断膀胱癌肌层浸润价值。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年11月本院收治的膀胱癌患者65例,予以常规MR平扫、常规MR平扫+扩散加权成像(DW-MRI)扫描、常规MR平扫+DW-MRI扫描+动态增强(DCE-MRI)扫描等方式进行检查,对比检查结果。结果:常规MR平扫+DW-MRI扫描+DCE-MRI扫描序列方式的特异性、敏感性及准确性明显高于其他两种检测序列方式,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:常规MR平扫联合DW-MRI扫描+DCE-MRI扫描方式检查诊断膀胱癌肌层浸润价值显著。

Objective:To explore the value of different MRI sequences in the diagnosis of bladder cancer myometrial invasion.Methods:A total of 65 patients with bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected for routine MR scan,routine MR scan+diffusion weighted imaging(DWMRI)scan,and routine MR scan+DW-MRI scan+dynamic enhancement(DCE-MRI)scan and other methods to check,compare the results.Results:The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of conventional MR plain scan+DW-MRI scan+DCE-MRI scan sequence were significantly higher than the other two detection sequence methods,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional MR plain scan combined with DW-MRI scan+DCE-MRI scan has significant value in diagnosing bladder cancer myometrial invasion.
