低辐射有限范围CT扫描技术在未成年人急性阑尾炎中的应用价值

摘要 目的:关于低辐射有限范围CT扫描技术应用在未成年人急性阑尾炎当中的价值探究。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年1月到本院进行治疗的82例未成年人急性阑尾炎患者作为调查对象,通过全扫描和模拟有限范围扫描CT影像分析,研究低辐射有限范围CT扫描技术应用在未成年人急性阑尾炎当中的价值。结果:所有患者的阑尾进行CT检查和诊断之后得出,通过CT有限范围扫描和全扫描相比,有限范围扫描当中没有遗漏急性阑尾炎的病例,同时全扫描全身有效平均剂量为5.45mSV,有限范围扫描平均使用有效剂量为3.10mSV,平均剂量减少43.10%。结论:临床对未成年急性阑尾炎患者选择采用低辐射有限范围CT扫描技术进行诊断和全扫描诊断一样发挥准确的诊断价值,但诊断过程当中扫描范围更小,辐射剂量更低,对未成年患者所产生的影响更小。 Objective:To explore the value of low-radiation limited-range CT scanning in the treatment of acute appendicitis in minors.Methods:82 cases of juvenile acute appendicitis patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the investigation objects.Through the analysis of full scan and simulated limited range CT images,the value of low radiation limited range CT scanning technology in the application of juvenile acute appendicitis was studied.Results:After CT examination and diagnosis of the appendix of all patients,it was concluded that compared with the CT limited range scan and the full scan,there were no cases of acute appendicitis missed in the wired range scan.At the same time,the full body effective average dose of the full scan was 5.45 mSV,which was a limited scan.The average effective dose used in the scan was 3.10mSV,and the average dose was reduced by 43.10%.Conclusion:The clinical use of low-radiation limited-range CT scan technology for diagnosis of minor acute appendicitis patients has the same diagnostic value as full-scan diagnosis,but the scan range is smaller and the radiation dose is lower during the diagnosis process.It has a smaller impact.
