心电监护仪监测在急性心肌梗死患者心律失常中的应用价值探索

Application of ECG Monitor in Arrhythmia in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:对急性心肌梗死患者采用心电监护仪监测后发生心律失常的情况进行探讨。方法:本次研究选取90例患者,均为急性心肌梗死患者,研究起始时间:2017年10月,截止时间:2019年12月,采用单双数抽签分组的方式,将患者分成2组实施研究,抽取单数的患者给予常规监测列入对照组,抽取双数的患者给予心电监护仪监测列入观察组,对两组患者的心律失常发生率进行对比,记录两组并发症发生率及抢救成功率。结果:观察组心律失常发生人数4例(8.89%),显著低于对照组13例(28.89%)(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功人数43例(95.56%),对照组抢救成功36例(80.00%),统计学结果显示P<0.05,差异显著。结论:急性心肌梗死患者采用心电监护仪监测能减少心律失常的发生,提高抢救成功率,为救治工作提供依据。

Objective:To investigate the arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction after monitoring by ECG monitor.Methods:90 patients were selected in this study,all of them were acute myocardial infarction patients,the study began in October 2017,the deadline:in December 2019,the patients were divided into two groups by single and even number by drawing lots to carry out the study,the single number of patients were given routine monitoring into the control group,the even number of patients were given ECG monitoring into the observation group,the incidence of arrhythmia in the two groups was compared,and the incidence of complications and the success rate of rescue were recorded in the two groups.Results:The number of patients with arrhythmia in the observation group was 4(8.89%),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 13(28.89%)(P<0.05),the number of successful patients in the observation group was 43(95.56%),and the control group was 36(80.00%),the statistical results showed that P<0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion:ECG monitoring in patients with acute myocardial infarction can reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia,improve the success rate of rescue,and provide the basis for the treatment.
