腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Laparoscopy Combined with Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Tubal Obstructive Infertility

目的:研究腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床价值。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年6月到本院治疗的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者62例作为观察对象,对照组采取宫腔镜辅助下进行输卵管插管疏通术,观察组患者采取腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合治疗。结果:观察组患者阻塞率、术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,观察组再通率显著高于对照组;观察组患者宫内妊娠率显著高于对照组;观察组患者宫外孕发生率显著低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕具有显著效果,患者输卵管阻塞率显著更低,减少术后并发症,提高宫内妊率,减少宫外孕概率。

Objective:To study the clinical value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility.Methods:62 patients with tubal obstructive infertility who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the observation subjects.The control group received tubal intubation dredging operation assisted by hysteroscopy,and the observation group received combined treatment of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.Results:The blocking rate and postoperative complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the re-entry rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The rate of intrauterine pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The incidence of ectopic pregnancy in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility has a significant effect,with a significantly lower fallopian tube blocking rate,a reduction in postoperative complications,an increase in intrauterine pregnancy rate,and a reduction in ectopic pregnancy.
